What to expect during a BrainTap session:

  • Wear comfortable clothing and consider limiting caffeine intake beforehand for better relaxation.

  • You will be seated in a comfortable, reclining chair in our Recovery Room. You will place the BrainTap headset over your ears and lower the LED visor over your eyes. You’ll simply close your eyes and relax—there is no need to "do" anything or know how to meditate.

  • Audio: You will hear a combination of guided meditation, soothing music, binaural beats, and isochronic tones designed to synchronize your brainwaves.

    Visual: Gentle, rhythmic pulses of LED light will be visible through your closed eyelids and ear meridians (auriculotherapy) to stimulate specific brain frequencies.

  • A standard session typically lasts 20-30 minutes
